A centimeter is less than half an inch. Not a lot of water. On your laptop? In the basement? When your bladder is already full? How about across the oceans? About 3.6 quadrillion litres. Imagine what a wave that centimeter of water could make.
Next up, it's just a cloud.

What is wealth?
Balance. Say what needs to be said. Not whatever can be said. The earthquake in Iran/Iraq. There are about 2 billion of the middle class in the world. If half of us chipped in 10$ each, imagine the earthquake resistant towns, schools, hospitals, roads. Imagine what kindness could do. Imagine if humanity was not an idea, if it was us. Are we humanity? Or is that something outside of us? We can be mean, contrary, ruthless, yes, we've proven that. Can we take the harder way, the road less travelled?

In a good moment
There is a story, not my own, of a an old man on a train in Japan, at night. A large angry drunk man boards the train. Yelling. An exchange of words. Compassion. The old man shares a memory of a fragrance from a flowering tree. Something from childhood. The anger fades, the softened man sits, lays his head in the elder's lap. The story of childhood memories unfolds gently.
How do we meet another's anger, frustration? With fear? Hatred? Resentment? Love? What do we have to offer in that moment?
What are we cultivating in our garden? How do we cultivate? Can we be at ease with who we are? Can we love what is? This moment is lovely, when we see with tenderness.
